About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 39.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 1996, No. ZR-69 "About the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):
1) regarding 1 word "funds of securitization, the corporate investment funds managing investment funds" shall be replaced with words "managing directors of investment funds, persons exercising control of non-public funds";
2) in part 5 of the word of "corporate investment funds" shall be replaced with words "managing directors of investment fund, persons exercising control of non-state fund";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in part 6 of the word "at managing directors of investment fund" "at managing directors of investment fund, persons exercising control of non-state fund";
Shall be replaced with words 4) in part 7 of the word "corporate investment fund, investment company, managing director of investment fund" "the investment company, the managing director of investment fund, person exercising control of non-state fund".
Article 2. In article 39.5 of the Law:
1) in the Item "about" of part of 1 word of "managing directors of investment fund" shall be replaced with words "managing directors of investment fund, persons exercising control of non-public fund";
2) in part 6 of the word of "the managing director of investment fund" shall be replaced with words "the managing director of investment fund, person exercising control of non-state fund", and shall be replaced with words words of "the managing director of investment fund" "the managing director of investment fund, person exercising control of non-state fund";
