According to subitem 19-1.1.22 of Item 19-1.1 of Article 19-1 of the Section I, Items 95. 3, 95.5 Articles 95 of Chapter 9 of the Section II, Item 1 of subsection 10 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine of June 30, 2021 "About payment services", of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, ORDER to No. 1591-IX:

1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the Public treasurer service of Ukraine and payment service providers by transfer of payment instructions on money recovery electronically which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 18, 2020 No. 217 "About approval of the Procedure for information exchange of bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and banks in the course of transfer of collection orders (orders) electronically", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 13, 2020 at No. 654/34937.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. To provide to the State Tax Service of Ukraine and the Public treasurer service of Ukraine preparation, signing of the protocols of exchange of information necessary for implementation of this order, and development of the software according to this order within three months from the date of entry into force of this order.

5. This order becomes effective in three months from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V., the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
