The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in appendix 1 to the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2021, No. 51, the Art. 3151) changes which are applied.

the charter (provisions) of the religious organization and documents confirming its registration according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 14 Laws of Ukraine "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations"

the letter from Public service of Ukraine that the potential lessee:

does not belong to the foreign religious organization which activities are prohibited in Ukraine according to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the constitutional system in the field of activities of the religious organizations"

is not the religious organization which activities are not resolved according to article 5-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations", according to the list approved by the order DESS and published on its official site
