be reworded as follows Item 3:
"3. The authorized body at least in 1 (one) month prior to expected date of biddings develops and publishes on the Internet resource the schedule of carrying out biddings for calendar year in form, according to appendix 1 to these rules (further - the Schedule). Information specified in the Graphics is not subject to adjustment.";
be reworded as follows Item 8-1:
"8-1. Biddings on selection of projects on construction of solar and wind power stations, are carried out according to information on possibility of connection to points of power networks and the reserved parcels of land for planned to construction of facilities, specified in the Graphics.
