About entering of amendment into the Law "About Export Control of Dual-use Goods, Their Transit across the Territory of the Republic of Armenia, and also behind Information Transfer of Dual Purpose and Results of Intellectual Activities"

Article 1. Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 8, 2010 No. ZR-42 "About export control of dual-use goods, their transit across the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and also behind information transfer and results of intellectual activities of dual purpose" to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. Persons specified in part 2 of this Article shall constitute and provide to Committee the expert opinion issued for the purpose of provision to Committee of state revenues of the Republic of Armenia (further - committee), according to the procedure, established by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The committee on the basis of the acquired information conducts and publishes on the official website in ascending order till tenth working day after every month the list of goods concerning which according to part 3 of this Article the expert opinion that they are not the goods included in the list of controlled goods and controlled non-material values was issued. In case of modification of the list of controlled goods and controlled non-material values, from coming into force of the changing legal act the committee provides exception of goods of the list specified in this part which were included in the list of controlled goods and controlled non-material values.".
1. This law becomes effective since July 1, 2025.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act providing application of provisions, the stipulated in Clause 1 this law is accepted in six-months time from the moment of official publication of this Law.
