1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497 "About measures for implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 17 and of July 1, 2019 No. 46 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
change in Kazakh is made to the subitem 1) of Item 13, the text in Russian does not change;
in Item 15:
70) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"70) development and approval of the list of exchange goods, introduction in it of change and (or) amendment in coordination with the interested state bodies;";
add with subitems 70-1), 70-2), 70-3), 70-4) and 70-5) of the following content:
"70-1) development and approval of the list of socially important exchange goods, introduction in it of change and (or) amendment in coordination with the interested state bodies;
70-2) determination of procedure for inclusion of goods in the list of exchange goods;
70-3) establishment of the maximum sizes of the admission fees for members of commodity exchange, payments for participation in the exchange biddings and the commissions of brokers;
70-4) carrying out analysis and monitoring of activities of commodity exchanges;
70-5) development and approval of rules of carrying out purchases of goods, works and services on electronic trading platforms;";
