1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning simplification of implementation of some procedures in the field of change construction which are attached.
2. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation and the Ministry of development of communities and territories within two months technical implementation of the changes approved by this resolution.

1. According to the procedure of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities, No. 461 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 "Question of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 32, Art. 1359; 2015, No. 78, Art. 2599; 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401):
The subitem 1 of Item 3-1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) electronically through electronic office or other state information system integrated with electronic office which users are the customer and relevant organ of the state architectural construction supervision. Documents for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities, represented electronically, are created in the form suitable for perception of their content, and contain the data provided by this Procedure;";
