About modification of the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1925; 2020, No. 63, the Art. 2032) changes which are applied.

1. In the subitem 27 of item 4 "fiscal" to replace the word with the word "tax".
2. In Item 7:
The words "state inspectors of Gosatomregulirovaniya" shall be replaced with words 1) "The state nuclear and radiation safety inspectors";
2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"The state nuclear and radiation safety inspectors are government employees of the device and territorial authorities of Gosatomregulirovaniya to whom powers on implementation of the state supervision of nuclear and radiation safety are assigned.".
3. In the subitem 7 of Item 12 of the word "in coordination with chairmen of the relevant local state administrations" to exclude.
4. State Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The chairman Gosatomregulirovaniya has two deputies who are appointed to position and are dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.
The chairman Gosatomregulirovaniya as the Chief state inspector on nuclear and radiation safety of Ukraine has Deputy Chief state inspectors on nuclear and radiation safety of Ukraine.
Vice-chairmen on position are Deputy Chief state inspectors on nuclear and radiation safety of Ukraine.
