About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 17 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Bring in the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 18, No. 2, Article 135, No. 4, article 362, No. 5 (book I), Articles 487, 489, 492, 503, No. 7, Articles 750, 768, 771, 772) following changes:

1. In Item 43.1 after figures "211.1" to add with figures "212.4-1", and after figures "264.0.5" to add with figures "266.3-1".

2. Under Article 212:

2.1. In the sanction of Article 212.4 to replace the word "fifty" with the word "three hundred";

2.2. Add with Article 212.4-1 of the following content:

"212.4-1. Repeated making of offense, stipulated in Article 212.4 of this Code, person subjected to administrative punishment within year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on purpose of administrative punishment, -

attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of seven hundred manats or, depending on the facts of the case and taking into account the identity of the guilty person, penalty in the form of social jobs for a period of sixty is imposed till hundred o'clock".

3. Under Article 266:

3.1. To state the sanction of Article 266.3 in the following edition:

"On physical persons the penalty in the amount of three hundred manats, is imposed on officials - penalty in the amount of one thousand manats, on legal entities - penalty in the amount of four thousand manats";

3.2. Add with Articles 266.3-1 and 266.4-1 of the following content:
