1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the organization and conducting forensic medical examinations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 12, 2012 No. 33 the following changes:
1) in Rules of production of the forensic medical examinations in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- 1, 2 to state Items in the following edition:
"1. Forensic medical examination serves the purposes and tasks of justice, performs the activities on the principles of legality, observance of human rights and freedoms, the citizen, the legal entity, and also independence of the expert, objectivity, comprehensiveness and completeness of the researches conducted with use of modern achievements of science and technology and on the basis of single methodical approach to expert practice. At the same time its activities are directed to every possible assistance to bodies of health care and social development in improvement of quality of the medical help to the population and holding preventive actions.
