About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
1) in the offer the first part 4 of Article 63 the word of "child" shall be replaced with words "the child or the disabled person,";
Part 2-1 of article 68 after the word of "child" to add 2) with the words "or disabled person";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 1 of Article 89 of the word "on life of the child or sexual integrity of the child" "on life or sexual integrity of the child or disabled person";
4) paragraph one of part 4 of article 154 after words "fourteen years," to add with the words "or disabled person";
5) paragraph one of part 4 of article 155 after words "fourteen years," to add with the words "or disabled person";
6) in paragraph one of part 3 of Article 156 of the word of "the child who did not reach age of fourteen years and concerning children with limited opportunities of health" shall be replaced with words "the child who did not reach age of fourteen years and concerning children with limited opportunities of health or disabled people,".
Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:
the paragraph one of part 4 of article 349 after the word of "child" to add with the words "or disabled person".
