Provisions of Items 21.1 and 21.2 of part of 1 Article 26, parts 5.1, of Items 8 and 9 of part 8 of article 69 of this Federal Law are not applied in case of implementation of the state cadastral registration and (or) state registration of the rights, entering into the Single state real estate register of data on earlier considered real estate object, the measures of support to persons injured with fighting performed for the purpose of rendering and (or) in connection with approach of emergency situation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
