For the purpose of enhancement of order of registration of share issue and information on their issue, and also ordering of procedure for maintaining the General register of issue of securities, State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on order of registration of share issue and information on their issue during reorganization of societies (further - the Provision) it (is applied).
2. Provide that issuers who made the decision on reorganization of the company before entry into force of this Provision submit on registration of share issue and information on their issue documents according to requirements of this Provision. Issuers who before entry into force of this Provision registered information on share issue in registering body submit on registration the report on results of exchange of shares and share issue documents according to requirements of this Provision. Issuers who before entry into force of this Provision registered information on share issue and the report on effects of stock subscription in registering body submit for registration of share issue documents according to requirements of this Provision.
3. To provide to management of corporate finances registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Charge to the head of the press center of the Commission Shevkina L. V. publish this decision in accordance with the established procedure.
