About change of resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus

Make changes to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:
Item 1 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 1998 No. 7 "About practice of consideration by courts of cases on claims to notarial actions or on refusal in their making" after the word "be guided" to add 1) with words "the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus";
