"8. In case of insufficiency of money on the current account, measures of the state stimulation, necessary for provision, the national institute stops money transfer to the applicant before receipt of funds on the current account. At the same time the national institute notifies the applicant within two working days after agreement signature on cost recovery by the direction of the notification.
In case of complete development of the money provided by the republican budget for the corresponding financial year for implementation of provision of measures of the state stimulation within these rules, the national institute stops order taking before receipt of funds on the current account.
