About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About technical regulation"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About technical regulation" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 329; 2011, No. 6, Art. 439) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth word "and heredities";

- word in paragraph nine to "the established requirements" shall be replaced with words "to requirements, the established regulating technical documents".

2. To state the text of Article 3 in the following edition:

"International cooperation in the field of technical regulation is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".

4. To exclude the word "data" from part 3 of Article 8.

5. In the text of Article 10 of the word "Executive Bodies of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "Other executive bodies of the government".
