Being guided by Items 19 and 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2023 "About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic" I decide No. 930-VIQD:
1. Determine that powers of relevant organ of the executive authority, the stipulated in Article 233-1 Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic, are performed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2023 No. 930-VIQD "About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic".
3. The presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 15, 2011 No. 499 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 9, Article 793; 2014, No. 5, Article 477, No. 9, Article 1027, No. 10, Article 1194; 2016, No. 8, Article 1384; 2017, No. 3, Article 384, No. 5, Article 761, No. 7, Articles 1322, 1335, No. 8, Article 1521; 2018, No. 5, Article 906, No. 9, article 1844, No. 12 (book I), Article 2609; 2020, No. 5, Article 560; (2021, No. 6 (book I), Art. 596; 2022, 5, the Art. 470, No. 8, the Art. 844, No. 12, the Art. 1447) in Item 28.4 after the words "224.4" to add No. with the words "233-1".
