Being guided by Items 19 and 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 9, 2022 No. 678-VIQD "About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic", for the purpose of ensuring application of this Law I decide:
1. Determine that:
1.1. The powers of relevant organ of the executive authority provided by part one of Article 334.1 of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic are performed by the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State Border Service of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.2. Powers of relevant organ of the executive authority, stipulated in Article 334.1.1 of this Code, the State Border Service of the Azerbaijan Republic performs;
1.3. The powers of relevant organ of the executive authority provided by Articles 334.1.2 and 334.1.3 of this Code are performed by the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.4. Powers of relevant organ of the executive authority, stipulated in Article 334.3 of this Code, regarding distribution of means between bodies are performed by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, and regarding distribution of means - the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
