Make the following changes to "The instruction for use gas", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 80 of May 12, 2011 (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 5, Article 452; 2012, No. 2, Article 184; 2013, No. 6, Article 744; 2014, No. 1, No. 69; 7, Article 4 8, No. 10, Article 1876, 2018, No. 6, Art. 1379, No. 8, Art. 1817, No. 11, Art. 2461; 2022, No. 2, Art. 168, 188, No. 4, Art. 373, No. 8, Art. 966):

1. On Item 1.2:

1.1. in the second paragraph of the word "legal entity" shall be replaced with words "The Azerigaz production association of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic and Gas operational service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic";

1.2. In paragraph four of the word "on acquisition of heat energy and household needs" to exclude;
