About modification and amendments in the Law "About Fire Safety"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 5, 2024
Article 1. State part 1 of article 10 of the Law of April 18, 2001 to No. ZR-176 "About fire safety" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"1. Single state accounting of the fires and their effects is conducted by rescue service, providing to inspection body access to the registered information. Rules of single state accounting of the fires and their effects affirm the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To add article 20 of the law with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Administrative acts of Inspection body, stipulated in Item 6 parts 2 of this Article, are subject to immediate execution".
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. Operation of this law extends to the orders accepted after the introduction of this law in force.
3. The subordinate regulatory legal act, the stipulated in Article 1 this law, is accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
