Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of July 6, 2022 No. ZR-304 "About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"":
1) to state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. Requirements of part 1 of article 46 of the law become effective since December 31, 2027. The medical products made in the Republic of Armenia and imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia till December 31, 2027 can be in circulation in the territory of the Republic of Armenia before the expiration of their validity (operation).".
2) to state part 4 in the following edition:
"4. Requirements of part 2 of article 47.2 of the law become effective since December 31, 2027.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
