Bring in the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the following changes:
Article 102 to add 1) with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. Before entry into force of acts of the Commission which adoption is provided by paragraphs the third and seventh Item 291 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to this Agreement) terms during which confirmation of consumption of the imported goods in the territory of the state member which is not entering in the isolated competing market can be provided to customs authority are determined according to the legislation of state members.";
The Section II of Provisions on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the specified Agreement) to add 2) with Item 30 (1) the following content:
"30(1). Provisions of Item 30 of this provision are applied to decisions of Board of the Commission on questions of application or non-use of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures taking into account the special mechanism provided by the Section VIII of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement) during use of such mechanism.";
