About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" concerning ensuring preserving the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund and expansion of their classification
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 34, Art. 502 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. And the third part three of article 3 after the word "botanical" to add paragraphs two with the word "mycologic".
2. State Article 14 in the following edition:
"Article 14. Determination of the mode of the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund
The mode of the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund is set of the evidence-based ecological requirements, regulations and rules determining legal status, purpose of these territories and objects, nature of admissible activities in such territories and objects, preservation scheme, uses and reproduction of their natural complexes.
The mode of the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund is determined according to this Law taking into account their classification and purpose.
For the purpose of determination and reasons for actions for implementation nature protection, research, recreational, economic and other types of activity, protection, reproduction and use of natural complexes and objects which are supposed to be performed within five years and also strategies of development for object of natural and reserved fund for ten years the project of the organization of the territory of object of natural and reserved fund according to the legislation and with observance of requirements of international treaties is developed.
This Law sets restrictions and prohibitions on implementation economic and other types of activity within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund, in particular journey of motorized vehicles, except public roads, streets and roads of the cities and other settlements, highways in the private territories, except vehicles is forbidden:
