Item 13 of the Instruction on procedure for issue of the certificate on implementation of notarial activities, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments to add issues of its duplicate and cancellation, maintaining the register of certificates on implementation of the notarial activities approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 214, with parts of the following content:
"Based on data the Ministry of Justice creates the list of notaries which is posted in open access on the official site of the Ministry of Justice on the global computer Internet of the register.
The list of notaries joins the data specified in paragraphs the second, third, the sixth, the eighth, ninth and eleventh parts three of this Item, and also surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the notary.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
