1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 255 "About approval of Rules of provision of the rights to the parcels of land under individual housing construction" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10871) the following changes:
in Rules of provision of the rights to the parcels of land under individual housing construction approved by the specified order:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Provision of the parcels of land for individual housing construction is allowed on the platforms provided with networks water - and electric utility services.
In settlements where there is no centralized water supply, provision of such parcels of land is allowed only in the presence of electric utility power grids.
In case of purchase of the parcels of land for individual housing construction of the statement (petition) of citizens undertake on special accounting and are satisfied in process of preparation of platforms for branch or in the presence of the free territories used for individual housing construction.
Provision to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the parcels of land for individual housing construction is performed after statement on special accounting of their statements.";
state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. For obtaining in private property of the parcel of land which was provided for individual housing construction on the right of temporary paid land use (lease) earlier citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan submit the application in the location of the parcel of land to MIO.".
2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
