About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Personified Accounting of the Income Tax, Income Tax and Social Payment"

Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of December 22, 2010 ZR-247 "About the personified accounting of the income tax, income tax and social payment" to add with part 2 following of content:

"2. Information base includes also following data on the trainee and the pupil, attracted within the organization by the employer of labor practice and professional education:

1) name, surname, residence and accounting, and also phone number and e-mail address (in the presence);

2) details of the identity document, registration plate of public services or number of the certificate of lack of registration plate of public services;

3) year, month, number of the beginning of labor practice or professional training;

4) hours of the beginning and end of practice or professional training in days of labor practice or professional training;

5) year, month, number of the end of labor practice or professional training;

6) the name of specialty, qualification or position on which the trainee or the pupil will undergo labor practice or professional training.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
