About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the religious sphere

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
To add 1) with Article 127-1 of the following content:
"Article 127-1. Prohibition on complete concealment of person in organizations of public authorities and public places
Complete concealment of person in organizations of public authorities and public places, except as specified, when concealment of person is connected with medical indications, labor and office activity, participation in sporting events, holding cultural, entertaining or other public actions -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 200 settlement indicators.";
Paragraph one of part 1 of Article 141 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Illegal hindrance of activities of the religious organizations, religious educational institutions, missionaries or to making of religious practices or illegal hindrance to the free choice and expression of religious and other beliefs or coercion to their expression, change or refusal of them -";
Article 142 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Article 142. Violation of the law about religious liberty and religious associations
1. The invitation of religious figures, religious preachers and missionaries for holding religious practices, meetings and other religious actions in retirement homes and disabled people, correctional facilities, pre-trial detention centers, and also in connections, parts and divisions of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic without approval of authorized state body for religions -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 200 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 650 settlement indicators.
2. Carrying out election propaganda, meetings and other actions of political nature in subjects to religious appointment -
