a) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. Appointment of heads of the state organizations of health care is performed by authorized state body in the field of health care from reserve of personnel to positions of heads of the organizations of health care.
The procedure for appointment of heads of the state organizations of health care from reserve of personnel to positions of heads of the organizations of health care is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.";
b) state parts 4 and 5 in the following edition:
"4. Procedure, conditions of forming and functioning of reserve of personnel to positions of heads of the organizations of health care, appointment and carrying out certification of heads of the organizations of health care are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
5. The head of the organization of health care with the state and municipal patterns of ownership is appointed to position for a period of 5 years. The head of the organization of health care with the state and municipal patterns of ownership cannot be appointed to the head's position in the same organization more than two terms in a row.
The head and the manager of department of the organization of health care with the state and municipal patterns of ownership cannot be engaged in medical practice in the organizations of health care with private pattern of ownership in combination.
Non-execution by the head or manager of department of the organization of health care with the state and municipal patterns of ownership of the requirements specified in this part attracts release them from post within 10 working days.".
