"5.4-1. In case of possibility of receipt of the documents specified in Item 5.4 of these rules from the relevant state body (organization) through the Information system of the electronic government, these documents from the face which directed the application are not required. In cases when receipt of such documents through the Information system of the electronic government is impossible, their representation is requested in the relevant state body (organization) with the consent of person who sent inquiry or person who sent inquiry.".
