In approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 16, 2016 No. 1113 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 11, Article 1820; 2017, No. 5, Article 821, No. 11, Article 2006, No. 2, Article 181, No. 5, Article 920, No. 6, Article; No. 9, Article 1825, No. 1, Article 59, No. 2, the Art. 218) "Rules of preferential obtaining by citizens of the apartments which are at the disposal of the State agency of housing construction of the Azerbaijan Republic" in Items 5.5-1 (in both cases) and in Item 6.4 of the word "Electronic Mortgage" shall be replaced with words 1196, "Electronic mortgage and credit and warranty".
