About modification of some regulations (compensation of transportation expenses on journey there and back or on circumstances of expenses on hiring of housing)

Art. I. – Law on the status of the judge No. 544/1995 (repeated publication: 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 29-1 of the following content:
"Article 29-1. Compensation of transportation expenses on journey there and back or on circumstances of expenses on hiring of housing
(1) than the settlement in which he lives if the distance between these settlements makes at least 20 kilometers is granted to the Judge fulfilling the service duties in other settlement the right to monthly compensation of transportation expenses on journey there and back or on circumstances of expenses on hiring of housing.
(2) Conditions and methodology of calculation of monthly compensation are established by the Government, and procedure for its provision – the Supreme council of magistracy.
(3) Provisions of parts (1) and (2) are applied also to the judges who are high councilors of magistracy and its specialized bodies specified in part (1) article 7 of the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947/1996.
(4) Provisions of parts (1) and (2) are not applied to the judges fulfilling the service duties in municipium of Chisinau.".
Art. II. – The law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (2016, Art. No. 69-77, 113), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 61-1 of the following content:
"Article 61-1. Compensation of transportation expenses on journey there and back or to circumstances of expenses on hiring of housing
(1) than the settlement in which he lives if the distance between these settlements makes at least 20 kilometers is granted to the Prosecutor fulfilling the service duties in other settlement the right to monthly compensation of transportation expenses on journey there and back or on circumstances of expenses on hiring of housing.
