About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2023 No. 865
Based on article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1596-XII
1. Bring in the Regulations on pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2023 No. 865, the following changes:
the paragraph one of Item 3 to add with the words "according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by this Provision";
the fourth parts two of Item 7 to exclude the paragraph;
in Item 8:
in part three:

the fifth to state part in the following edition:

At the same time in case of impossibility of determination of republican body (organization) in connection with liquidation or for other objective reason documents go to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection for consideration on commission session.";
