About modification of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of harmonization of procedures of the National Bank of Ukraine with the general principles of ministerial procedure, increase in transparency and efficiency of implementation of functions of public administration of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. No. 23 "About some questions of activities of banks of Ukraine and banking groups" (with changes) to exclude Item 9-1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022.
2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Oksana Prisyazhenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
