For the purpose of simplification of procedures of the purchases connected with the solution of questions of local value according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:
in the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 57 with subitem 10-1 of the following content:
"10-1) purchases of goods, works and services which are necessary for the operational (urgent) solution of the questions of local value connected with designing, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of social objects, roads and hydraulic engineering constructions, improvement, gardening, external and light design, transport and road and transport infrastructure at the expense of means republican and/or the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
