About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 27 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of February 9, 2018:
1) from the second offer of part 5 to exclude the words "and consideration of the case (petition for appeal) begins from the very beginning";
To add 2) with parts 5.1-5.5 following of content:
"5.1. In case of change of structure of court or acceptance of case (appeal protest) to production, in case of change of structure of court along with case acceptance (appeal protest) to production the court passes the decision on the beginning of consideration of the case (appeal protest) from the very beginning or about continuation of consideration of the case (appeal protest) from the moment of interruption, except as specified completion of legal proceedings of case in Trial Court: In case of completion of legal proceedings on case the Trial Court along with acceptance of case to production passes the decision on the beginning of consideration of the case or renewal of case from stage of legal proceedings.
5.2. If consideration of the case (petition for appeal) continues from the moment of suspension according to the procedure, provided by this Article, but the established by this Code and remaining period of consideration of the case (petition for appeal) constitutes less than one month, then this term is prolonged for one month and if the term of consideration of this case (petition for appeal) provided by this Code constitutes one month or less than one month, then consideration of this case (petition for appeal) - for the term provided by this Code.
5.3. In case of decision about continuation of consideration of the case (appeal protest) from the moment of interruption consideration of the case (appeal protest) continues from the moment of interruption of consideration of the case (appeal protest), change of structure of court or change of structure of court.
