About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. State part 3 of article 6 of the Law of June 9, 2017 to No. ZR-96 "About the commission on prevention of corruption" in the following edition:
"3. The commission chairman annually, till June 1, submits to National assembly the activities report of the commission for previous year. The report includes information on activities of the commission for previous year, statistical data, comparative analysis and conclusions. The message is discussed at meeting of National assembly according to the procedure, established by part 3 of article 126 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly", on representation of the commission chairman.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the thirtieth day from the date of its official publication.
