About entering of amendment into the Law "About Protection of the Economic Competition"

Article 1. Article 48 of the Law of November 6, 2000 No. ZR-112 "About protection of the economic competition" to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. The commission chairman annually, till May 1, submits to National assembly the activities report of the commission for previous year. The report includes information on activities of the commission for previous year, statistical data, comparative analysis and conclusions. The message is discussed at meeting of National assembly according to the procedure, established by part 3 of article 126 of the constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly", on representation of the commission chairman.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the thirtieth day from the date of its official publication.
