About introduction of amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About bases of municipal finance", "About budget system" and "About clearing settlements"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 7 and 15 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Add article 11 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About bases of municipal finance" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, with No. 12, Article 690 (volume I)) part 4 following of content:
"4. The income and expenses of the budget of the municipality are reflected in information system of the body exercising administrative control of activities of municipalities. Expenses of the local authority budget are performed through this information system, and the corresponding payments are made through payment service providers".
Article 2. Add the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About budget system" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 10, Article 584 (volume I)) with Article 37.8 of the following content:
"37.8. The income and expenses of the budget of the municipality are reflected in information system of the body exercising administrative control of activities of municipalities. Expenses of the local authority budget are performed through this information system, and the corresponding payments are made through payment service providers".
Article 3. In article 3.4.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About clearing settlements" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 12, Article 2053 (volume I)) "including in the second case after the word "individuals" to add words with the words "and also municipalities".
