Reorganize the state company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" by accession to it of the state company "Specialised Mounting and Operational Department of Head Department on Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. Determine that the state company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" is legal successor of the rights and obligations of the state company "Specialised Mounting and Operational Department of Head Department on Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 17, 2014 No. 711 the following changes:
in the Charter of the State company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the above-stated resolution:
