Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the rights of entrepreneurs" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following change:
add Article 2 with part three of the following content:
"The female entrepreneurship represents business activity in which subjects of entrepreneurship are:
- the woman performing activities as the individual entrepreneur;
- the legal entity performing business activity and registered in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in which at least 51 percent of shares (shares) belongs to the woman (women) and which at least 51 percent of the number of staff of workers make women.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
