About modification in the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 17) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:

b) add with Item 16 of the following content:
"16) the experimental mode of serving sentence - the serving sentence mode in corrective and educational standard regime penal colonies intended for carrying out researches in the field of the prevention of making of offenses, correction of convicts, social impact and taking measures to their resocialization.";
Part 6 of Article 72 to state 2) in the following edition:
"6. Transfer of the convict for further serving sentence from one colony in another of the same type is allowed in cases of his disease or for ensuring its safety, impossibility of receipt of the main general and secondary general education by it in organization, reorganization or the liquidation of correctional facility, other circumstances interfering further finding of the convict in this correctional facility.";
Part 4 of Article 73 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:
"For the purpose of carrying out researches in the field of the prevention of making of offenses, correction of convicts, social impact and taking measures to their resocialization to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in corrective and educational standard regime penal colonies the experimental mode of serving sentence can be created.";
Article 81 to add 4) with part of 2-1 following content:
