About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of business activity
For the purpose of simplification of the procedure of preparation of the analysis of regulating impact, optimization of regulatory legal acts in the field of business activity, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship" of August 10, 2022 No. 444 the following changes:
To add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Determine that the personal responsibility for accuracy of the data of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact is conferred on heads of bodies developers.";
2) in the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 12-1 of the following content:
"12-1. Workgroup members when carrying out ARV are guided by the principles of justification, objectivity, transparency, the sequence, coherence and clarity.";
- the fourth Item 15 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1. Public consultations are subdivided into meetings, meetings, working meetings, seminars, trainings and others.";
- the fourth Item 33 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- recognize Chapter 5 invalid;
- to state appendix 3 to the above-stated Technique in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
- to state appendix 4 to the above-stated Technique in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
