In recent years the reforms directed to creation of additional conveniences to subjects of entrepreneurship and other legal entities, enhancement of the legal basis of their activities, and also protection of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of insurance services are implemented.
At the same time as a result of change of borders of administrative and territorial units or formation of new administrative and territorial units subjects of entrepreneurship and other legal entities are forced to pay the state fee for the state re-registration that leads to additional costs in their activities. Besides, in case of the appeal of insurers to courts with the claims following from agreements of compulsory insurance collection from them the state fee leads to additional finance costs.
This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee" makes the additions providing release of subjects of entrepreneurship and other legal entities from payment of the state fee for the state re-registration in case of change of their location (postal address) as a result of education or abolition of administrative and territorial units, changes of their borders or subordination, and also release of insurers from payment of the state fee in the claims following from agreements of compulsory insurance.
This Law will serve strengthening of legal measures of protection of legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and other legal entities, to prevention of excessive costs in their activities, and also to creating favorable conditions for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of insurance services.
