About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of anti-corruption

"2-1. For making of corruption and other crimes against the interests of the public and municipal service provided by Articles 336-343, parts 2, 3 and 4 Articles 344, parts 2 and 3 of Article 345, Articles 346-348 of this Code, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities it is appointed surely and consists to hold positions in lifelong prohibition in the public and municipal service.";
2) in parts 3 and 4 of Article 65 of the word "the crimes provided by Articles 225, 337-346" shall be replaced with words "crimes, stipulated in Article 225";
Article 79 to add 3) with part of 1-1 following content:
"1-1. In case of the conclusion-faced agreements on recognition of fault and full recovery of material damage for making of the crimes provided by Articles 336-348 of this Code, the court imposes custodial sanction for term at least, than half of the minimum term of punishment, stipulated in Article on which person is found guilty.";
4) in Article 95:
a) the paragraph one of part 4 to state in the following edition:
"4. Person who committed crime is considered not having criminal record, and criminal record - extinguished if after release from punishment, departure or execution of punishment by it passed:";
b) state part 6 in the following edition:
"6. Repayment of criminal record eliminates crime execution criminal consequence in law, except as specified, provided by the laws.";
5) in Article 336:
a) in the paragraph the second to exclude parts 1 of the word "up to three years";
