About additional measures for social and economic development of the Navoiy region

For the purpose of acceleration of social and economic development, creation of more favorable conditions for entrepreneurs, investment attraction, development of each area and the city proceeding from specialization, reducing poverty, employment, increase in the income and further improvement of level of living of the population of the Navoiy region:

1. Determine the main directions of complex social and economic development of the Navoiy region in 2025:

achievement of the main economic indicators of social and economic development providing increase in amount of gross regional product with 100,4 of one trillion sum up to 114,1 of one trillion sum or on 6,0 of percent according to appendix No. 1 *;

employment of 140 thousand people, decline in unemployment to 2,5 of percent, poverty level to percent 3,4 according to appendix No. 2 *;

support of small and medium business, employment of the population and financing of entrepreneurial projects at the expense of the credits in the amount of 8,5 of one trillion sum allocated by commercial banks from all sources according to appendices No. No. 3 and 3a *;

attraction of foreign investments by the ministries and departments in the amount of 1, 7 billion US dollars, hokimy areas and his deputies - in the amount of 3 billion US dollars according to appendices No. No. 4-5 *;

adjustment of new projects in the mining industry by exposure to electronic online biddings of 60 nonmetallic sites, and also the subsoil plots containing 11 strategic types (main) minerals according to appendices No. No. 6-7 *;

increase in offers on the commercial areas for industry, spheres of trade and services by exposure to electronic online biddings of at least 1 500 lots of the parcels of land and 15 objects of state-owned property, and also transfer to lease of the empty buildings and constructions of 6 technical schools and polytechnics according to appendices No. No. 8 - 10 *;

ensuring arrival of 3 million tourists, from them 500 thousand foreign tourists, and also increase in export of tourist services in the amount of more than 150 million US dollars according to appendix No. 11 *;

holding actions for improvement of engineering and communication infrastructure, to development of the social sphere, restoration and recovery of objects of cultural heritage according to appendices No. No. 12 - 14 *;

achievement of indicators on finishing level of scope preschool education to 86, percent, to broad attraction of the population to sport, training of youth in professions and early detection of the diseases which are found at women according to appendix No. 15 *;

cultivation in addition 100 thousand tons of agricultural products and creation of 10 thousand new workplaces by development of 20 thousand hectares of farmlands, implementation of the laser layout of 15 thousand hectares of lands, updating of 7 thousand hectares of inefficient gardens and vineyards, cultivation of food crops and other profitable products at the edges of fields of 1,3 of thousand hectares, around channels and collectors, concreting of intereconomic channels the extent of 62,5 of kilometer, internal aryk 1,0 of thousand kilometers long according to appendix No. 16 *;

holding the actions determined by "Road map" by complex development of the cities and districts of the Navoiy region in 2025-2026 according to appendix No. 17*.

Confer the personal responsibility on deputy prime ministers A. Zh. Ramatov, D. A. Kuchkarov, Zh. A. Hodzhayev, hokim of the Navoiy region of N. T. Tursunov, his deputies R. D. Sulaymonov, E. I.
