About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About names of geographical objects"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About names of geographical objects" of April 29, 2006 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 198; 2013, No. 3, Art. 188) following changes and amendments:
1. In preamble and the text of the Law of the word "uses", "use", "used" and "is used" respectively shall be replaced with words "uses", "use", "used" and "is used".
2. The paragraph one of Article 1 to state in the following edition:
"-geographical objects – rather steadily existing land educations (mountains, ridges, tops of mountains, the rivers, lakes, water storage basins, glaciers, deserts, other natural territories and similar it objects);".
3. Add with Article 2-1 of the following content:
"Article 2-1. Scope of this Law
This Law is applied to activities for assignment of names, renamings, registration, accounting, use, protection and storage of names of geographical objects in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Operation of this Law extends to assignment of the name and renaming of administrative and territorial units and settlements if "About procedure for the solution of questions of the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Tajikistan" other procedure is not established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
4. In paragraph six of part one of Article 4 and part three of Article 8 of the word "competences" and "the competence" respectively shall be replaced with words "powers" and "the powers".
5. Add with Article 10-1 of the following content:
"Article 10-1. The dispute resolution, the geographical objects connected with the name
