About enhancement of payment terms of work of employees of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the workers of science and scientific servicing financed according to the Section "Science"
For the purpose of enhancement of wages system and increase in efficiency of activities of employees of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the workers of science and scientific servicing financed according to the Section "Science" according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Since January 1, 2025 to establish wages increase in the amount of 70 to 100%:
- employees of central office of presidium of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- employees of research establishments of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- the workers of science and scientific servicing financed according to the Section "Science";
- the technical service personnel occupied in system of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, science and the scientific servicing financed according to the Section "Science";
- the junior service personnel occupied in system of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, science and the scientific servicing financed according to the Section "Science".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic until the end of 2024:
- provide financial resources in the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and planning period of 2026-2027";
- optimize the staff list of National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the organizations of science and scientific servicing financed according to the Section "Science" and to approve limit of their number of staff in accordance with the established procedure;
- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
