About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2022 No. 100-101) the following changes:

13-2) draft of the resolution - the project of the regulatory legal act adopted by Jogorku Kenesh on the questions which are under authority of Jogorku Kenesh;";

"1. Parliamentary fraction (further - fraction) - consolidation of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh, the elite according to the list of political party. Deputies of Jogorku Kenesh, the elite on the single-candidate constituency have the right to enter into parliamentary fraction.";

3) regarding the 2nd Article 20 in state language of the word "to emgekka to ubaktylu жондомсуз" shall be replaced with words "ubaktylua to emgekka жарамсыз";

Figure "5" to replace 4) regarding 4 articles 25 with figure "3";

5) regarding 1 Article 27:

a) in Item 1 to replace the word "decisions" with the word "conclusions";
