I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the deputy prime minister - the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2024 No. 80 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2019 No. 90 "About approval of Rules of forming of rates" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 35179) the following change:
to state item 4 of the order in the following edition:
"4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the twelfth, the twenty ninth, the thirtieth, the fifty sixth, the fifty eighth, the fifty ninth, the sixty sixth, the sixty seventh, the seventieth, the seventy first, the seventy fifth, the seventy seventh, the eighty second, the two hundred eighteenth, two hundred forty sixth, two hundred forty ninth which become effective since July 1, 2025.
Suspend till July 1, 2025:
1) paragraph one of the subitem 1) of Item 63 of Rules of forming of rates, having determined that during suspension this paragraph is effective in the following edition:
"1) in case of approval of rate for regulated services in production, transfer, distribution and supply with heat energy in total, the rate is calculated by the following formula:";
2) the paragraph of the third and fourth subitem 1) of Item 63 of Rules of forming of rates, having determined that during suspension these paragraphs are effective in the following edition:
"Zpprs – economically reasonable costs of the subject for provision of regulated services in production, transfer, distribution and supply with heat energy, tenge;
