About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" to add with part 2.3 following of content:
"2.3. In case of early termination of powers of the Council of Elders the Government of the Republic of Armenia if the position of the head of municipality is vacant and the position of the deputy head of municipality is at the same time vacant or there are circumstances interfering implementation by the deputy head of municipality of the powers, then within three working days after early termination of powers of council the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia appoints the member of council of elders living in the city settlement., and the governor-acting as of Chapter of the community consisting only of rural settlements to assumption of office of the newly elected head of community in the procedure established by the law.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
